Herbs, Gruyère, Asiago, and caramelized onion savoury cheese cake served with herb salad.

Salad:
Halloumi & Grapefruit Salad
Pattison Farms spring greens topped with grapefruit, toasted almonds, and pan-fried halloumi, finished with a honey and cumin vinaigrette.

Vegetable:
Snap Peas
Steamed and tossed in chive and dill butter.

Entrée | Your Choice of Either:

Pear & Pomegranate Braised Lamb Shank
Served with pan reduction and dried fruit and nut jewelled couscous.

OR

Salmon En Croute
Local salmon, cultured mushrooms, gouda cheese, flaky puff pastry, and asparagus served with garlic scape and lemon risotto.

Bread:
Hot Cross Buns
Served with orange, maple, and walnut butter.
