Pattison Farm greens tossed with fresh pear, shaved fennel, candied walnuts, prosciutto, and pecorino cheese crisps, finished with a peppery buttermilk dressing.

Entree | Your Choice of Either:

Ling Cod Paupiette
Local Ling Cod stuffed with a creamy crab and shrimp florentine, served with a lemon & asparagus risotto topped with a tarragon velouté cream.

OR

Stuffed Chicken Supreme
Chicken Supreme stuffed with chorizo, roasted red pepper, and gouda, served with a butter roasted sweet potato round and finished with hot honey, feta, and a fire roasted poblano and garlic salsa.

Dessert:
Silky raspberry and white chocolate mousse with a crisp lemon pistachio biscotti.
